Why should I change my firewall settings anyway?
NossaTV uses peer-to-peer (P2P) technology to give you the fastest most reliable possible download speeds for our DVD quality films. If you have a firewall like Windows Security Center Firewall, McAfee VirusScan Plus or Norton Personal Firewall 2006 you will have to manually allow the NossaTV application permission to access the Internet. To manually allow NossaTV to access the Internet using Windows Firewall, you must be logged in as administrator of the computer to complete this process. When prompted with a 'Windows Security Alert' asking if you want to keep blocking the 'NossaTV Download Agent', select the 'Unblock' button.

If the above procedure did not work, you may want to try:
Click Start > Programs > Norton Internet Security > Norton Internet Security,
Click either Intrusion Prevention or Intrusion Detection,
Click Configure.
On the AutoBlock tab, in the left pane, click Exclusions,
Under Currently Blocked, click the NossaTV Player or Download Agent,
Click Exclude,
Click OK,
Click OK,
Close Norton Internet Security.
Movie Download
If you liked the movie preview, select the download button above the streaming preview area. You will see a confirmation screen confirming that the movie was added to your download queue.
To make sure that the movie started downloading, please wait about one minute, then select the 'Download' tab in the Player, and look at the 'Incomplete Downloads' section of the screen. You should see a thumbnail picture of the movie you picked, along with the movie title, a download rate and expected download duration.
